The Big Move ✈️
Shifting my life across the world is definitely something new for me. We can very easily get overwhelmed in the change and learning to embrace new cultures and way of living isn’t easy. Movement is universal and working out and keeping routines makes it all seem manageable. Well…. that and an amazing support system back home. I’m not that much of a gym junkie aha. The Vlog is coming soon so stay tuned for that.
