Thank you all for the birthday wishes, prayers, calls and text messages. While reflecting on the lives I have touched and people I have met in this short time on earth, I appreciate you all. May God spare our lives to see and spend more joyful time together. You will always have a course to celebrate throughout 2025. May your paths draw fatness.
While our native country fails to give youths a chance, here are two young Nigerians who are public service luminaries in powerful nations. They both hold key and sensitive political positions nearly impossible to be held in Nigeria. Adewale Adeyemo is the U.S Deputy Treasury Secretary appointed by Biden, and Kemi Badenoch is U.K’s Secretary of State for International Trade. Kemi has been a member of the Parliament of the United Kingdom since 2017, and ran briefly for the office of the Prime Minister alongside Liz Truss. *Although they don’t appear nearly as suggestive of who they are, they are recognized nonetheless for what they can deliver!* Both of them are meeting here in official capacities to deliberate on trade and foreign policies on behalf of the countries they represent. It is just a magical serendipity!
God has been good to me
Thru the storms, thru the nights
Come what may
Everything will be alright
I have known the father cares for me
He's been good, God's been good
Through it all, He's always there for me
GOD HAS BEEM GOOD TO ME
