Album Recording w/ Mike Clark 🥁@drummermikeclark & Joris Teepe 🎻@joristeepe The day arrived, It took me more than 24 hours to digest that the guy responsible for “Actual Proof” will be in my 1st Album along with Joris Teepe on the bass, who is my friend and mentor. Oh boy! Playing with these gentlemen was such an experience!! Just look at them! Feeling blessed. 1 week is the time I had to prepare the music and myself as much as I could, big lesson right there. Latinez combina les seves arrels afroperuanes amb una sòlida formació entre el Conservatori del Liceu, el Prins Claus Conservatorium (Groningen) i el Queens College de Nova York, on va treballar amb mestres com Peter Bernstein i Sheryl Bailey . Fa més d’una dècada que gràcies al pianista Sébastien Falzon, professor del Conservatori de Perpinyà i soci del Sunset, es produeixen intercanvis molt productius artísticament entre músics i estudiants de música de les dues bandes del Pirineu. Un any més, l’estimat amic Sébastien Falzon manifesta el seu compromís amb el club encapçalant aquesta sensacional Jazz Jam Session transfronterera, que tantes satisfaccions ens ha donat en els darrers anys.
