For years, we have enjoyed reading the Sacramento Business Journal's annual "Redefining the Core" series and the opportunity it provides to learn about the development projects shaping the future of our City of Sacramento.
We are so pleased to see Alchemist Public Market listed for the first time under "In the Works" rather than "Proposed". By this time next year, the project will have moved to "Completed".
The River District's identity has been changing rapidly and has many more major projects coming, but we believe this project will truly help redefine the district as a neighborhood community. Beyond that, the hundreds of businesses that will be incubated at APM in its first decade of operations will in turn help redefine the entire city as they move into and bring to life formerly vacant storefronts and restaurants.
