ステンレスは必要な部分にだけ使用し、
木のあたたかさに対して
すっきりとした対比を感じさせます。
植物は空間の中に点在し、
素材の硬さをやわらげながら、
光や時間とともに移ろう
自然の気配をもたらします。
京橋の中にありながら、
ここには周りとは少し異なる時間が流れています。

Alchemist Kyobashi

Reclaimed wood, once part of homes across Japan, is brought back together here, shaping the counter, tables, and shelves. You can still see the marks of time in each piece.
Coffee waste is reworked into surfaces you’ll interact with every day, giving new purpose to what would otherwise be discarded. Stainless steel is used where it matters most; for practicality, and to add a clean contrast to the warmth of wood.
Plants are placed throughout the space, softening the structure and bringing a natural presence as they shift with light and time.
Set within Kyobashi, this is a space that holds a different pace, allowing a moment to yourself over a cup of coffee.
