Episode 9 is now live 🎙️ What if something as simple as a kitchen could support youth mental health? In this episode of Do Local Good, we step away from the boardroom and into the kitchen with Kathryn from Alberta Parenting for the Future Association (@albertaparenting ) to explore how their Stir It Up program is giving youth something we all need a little more of — permission to mess up and try again. We dig into how cooking helps break down cultural barriers, build resilience, and give youth a seat at the table — literally. Hear the full story on the Do Local Good podcast, available on all major streaming platforms. Link in bio. #DoLocalGood #UWACR #MyUnitedWay #GenNEXT
