I have known Chris now for about 10 years. Somewhere over that time we became best friends. Chris is a musical genius. Filmmaker. Script writer. Truly one of the most creative people I know. Again my best friend. Chris, I am so honored to know you, let alone work with you.
We’ve created around 11 albums worth of material over the past 10 years and I am so proud of our work. I can’t wait to see what we create in the future.
It seems inevitable that we would write a musical, but I didn’t realize it would be… This one lol.
BIG CRAB draws from this classic structure of the Golden Age musical, but subverts it and explores the political, sexual, and social themes present in a giant, radioactive, sexy, crab’s attack on a small Maryland coastal town.
My single goal with this musical is to make John Waters smile. Presenting: BIG CRAB.
