My sweet, amazing, beautiful friend, Sarah, has recently been diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma, and needs help paying for expenses. BL is a type of non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and is a very rare, extremely aggressive and fast growing cancer that typically affects children. It is 3-4 times more likely to affect males than females and accounts for only 1% to 2% of adult lymphomas. (With these chances, Sarah might have a shot at the lottery, to be honest.) Sarah has started her chemotherapy today, and it’s only the first step in a long journey. Her chemotherapy will consist of both outpatient and inpatient sessions with hospital stays between 2-8 days.  Unfortunately, Sarah does not have access to any kind of short-term disability, and her medical insurance has a high out-of-pocket deductible (something something health care system something something Murica) She has been written out of work by her doctor for 5-6 months, and because she does not have access to short-term disability, once her PTO runs out, she will have no income coming in. (something something capitalism)  So there is where we need help. There’s a link in my bio for her GoFundMe. The calculated amount is how much she will need to pay rent, utilities, and living expenses over the next few months, in addition to the amount needed for her medical deductibles, and are asking for any help that anyone can give! IN ADDITION - I am starting to stream again starting tonight where all subscriptions, donations, EVERYTHING for the foreseeable future, no matter how big or small, is going to Sarah’s care. Thank you, 2025. I mean you're just a year, a way to categorize and organize the passage of time, but in you are memories. I am made of those memories and experiences and I am thankful for each and every one. There so much more than what's presented here. I got a new job this year. I continued to perform and build new friendships. I experienced SOOOO much theater and I'm excited to experience more. I saw love blossom, grow, and renew. I can never utter the words "I am unloved"* again when I think back to my 32nd birthday party 🥰👑 The magical evening was filled with joy and laughter from many people close to my heart and my smile was always exploding like a ray of light. People came in all many of looks for the theme of "Dress As Your Sign" astrology edition, and I'm happy no other Leo☀️ tried doing a Royalty theme 😘😂 This night couldn't have happened without some amazing people.
