10 years ago, I stepped into the Kalari.
It was there I was introduced to Marma therapy,
vital points of the body, used to heal… or to strike for protection.
The training demanded more than strength.
It required awareness. Precision. Control.

A decade later, that understanding still moves through me
in how I train, how I move, and how I help others heal.

Started my birthday the only way that makes sense to me:
