I am proud to release the 5th generation of Lynx webbing locker. Featuring a 1 piece body cnc machined from one block of Aluminium 7075, the new generation is lighter, much stronger and more functional. Lynx 5 is succesfully approved by ISA:51 webbing locker standard, ensuring highest safety and quality standards. Finally i have designed a new solution to prevent micro slippage and tail walk, while using a soft release - the new Aki SlipStop. For more info please follow the link in bio.

Puffy sewn loops for those who are committed to softies. On Polar webbing those extra padded loops (built in Soft Thimble) will retain webbing full strength (27 to 28 kN), while anchoring on a soft shackle. Normal sewn loops will break below 22 kN with Polar + softies. For those who want to be more flexible I recommend a separate Soft Thimble just taped into a normal loop.

Torn webbing... 💥👀 Sewing slacklines and testing strength is a complex topic, currently i am at test no. 185 with my AkiSnap solely on sewings. The more i test the more i am aware of the complexity. So many factors to consider... Every webbing behaves unique... One of the outcomes of this elaborate work was the development of the quasi 99% end loop using the Aki Loop Booster approach.
