Massive thanks to the NBL, Reebok and the Sydney Kings for welcome me and the Sydney Spectres along to the Pride Games last month. A personal highlight was being able to represent Pride in Basketball on national TV (and also out myself as a terrible dribbler). The Pride Basketball Australia Tournament is on this Friday and Saturday. With teams across the country and multi-gender competitions there's something for everyone. There's even a spare court just to throw around a ball and have some fun! With free spectator entry, it's the perfect opportunity to get involved with Mardi Gras on a budget. Definitely come along! πŸ“… February 28th - March 1st, 9:30am - 5pm πŸ“ Concord Oval Recreation Centre, 8 Gipps St, Concord NSW 2137 🎟 FREE spectator entry πŸ“’ Register now or find out more: #PrideInBasketball #DiversityInSport #BasketballNSW #MardiGras2025 #PrideInSport #pumpedbyreebok

Thank you Australia! πŸ˜πŸ’– 2 Months πŸ“… 4 Cities πŸ™οΈ 27 Sold Out Shows πŸ’― 1200+ Audience members πŸ‘« 1 Grateful AJ 😍 It's been so joyous to share 'A Beginner's Guide to Ancient Egypt' with people across the country. I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who came along to learn about Ancient History and spend time with little old me! Going from stand-up to edu-tainment felt like starting all over again creatively. But performing every night for passionate audiences, I learned so much about what comedy could look like and found a space where being interesting and funny could co-exist beautifully. I'm a proud nerd and I'm so happy to have found a community of people also along for the ride πŸ’– Stay tuned for announcements about encore shows and my brand new show currently in the works. With love & learning, AJ πŸ’– #comedy #ancientegypt #nerd #edutainment

Thanks so much Brisbane! πŸ’– The Brisbane Comedy Festival is always a highlight of the year. Fantastic audiences, beautiful venue and this year, we even added extra shows and sold them out weeks in advance. Next year we'll definitely need a bigger room πŸ˜… Thank you to the amazing team at the Brisbane Powerhouse, everyone who came along to get nerdy with me, and also to my fellow comedians who I got to hang with. πŸ’– Sydney, there's only 1 show with tickets left. Next Thursday, 14th May, 6:30pm at the Enmore Theatre. Don't miss out, every other show has sold out 🀩 #ancientegypt #comedian #tour

My Melbourne Comedy Festival Debut is wrappedπŸ’–πŸ˜ Performing my show across the last 2 weeks has honestly been the most rewarding experience as a comedian. Everyday I was so excited to celebrate curiosity with audiences who were keen to learn and laugh. We sold out the entire run before I got to Melbourne and sold out the encore show as well. I genuinely still can't believe how many people were keen to come see my show and I want to thank everyone who bought a ticket, shared the event, told a friend etc. On top of all that, I got to reconnect with the community of creatives who make being a part of the comedy world a joy. So, TLDR, thank you everyone for everything! And if you know anyone in Sydney or Brisbane who would like the show, let them know there are still some tickets left πŸ™ Long live the nerds πŸ€“ #comedy #micf26 #community

Hosting this year's Pride in Sport Awards was such a joy. On Tuesday night, we got to celebrate the achievements of so many incredible individuals who are working to make sport a more accessible and inclusive space for everybody. I'm very grateful to have hosted the 10th annual awards, especially after winning the Positive Media award last year. Thank you @prideinsport for having me 😍 and congratulations to all the nominees and winners πŸ’–πŸ† Sport is for everyone πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

My week 1 of Melbourne Comedy Festival has been a blast 😍 In among my solo shows, I've caught up with/met so many wonderful people. Not all of them I remembered to take pictures with though 😭 Can't wait for week 2 which includes hosting the Pride in Sports awards, more gigs, more hangs and my additional, late-night showing of 'A Beginner's Guide to Ancient Egypt ' (tickets still available!). Also, my venue has an in-house doggo 😍 Danke Melbourne πŸ™ #micf26
