It’s heartbreaking that in this country, justice can be delayed for years while those responsible walk around freely. The people who hurt Ochanya live as if nothing ever happened, while her life, so young and full of promise, was taken away. There were witnesses, there was evidence, there was truth, yet justice still feels out of reach. How can someone who ruined a child’s life still keep a position in a school meant to protect and nurture others? This isn’t just about one girl, it’s about every child whose voice has been silenced. Ochanya’s story cannot fade away again. Say her name, Ochanya Ogbanje, and deserves justice real justice not just in words but in action.
