Found some photos of two sofas I designed back in 1992–93. I had lost touch with the client over the years, but recently managed to reconnect.
He told me those sofas gave his home a whimsical, unique identity. And here’s the best part — a few years ago, he passed them on to a friend who runs a restaurant. They’re still around, still in use… just with new fabric….
We’ve designed the graphic identity for Silicon Forest, a new office development by Fortius Infra in Bangalore.
Instead of treating it as just a logo, we approached it as a graphic system. It draws from what we see around us today—fashion, films, and other cultural references—and comes through in form, colour, material, and scale.
The identity is applied across a selection of architectural projects from around the world, exploring how it could shape and inspire the built expression of Silicon Forest across its architecture, interiors, and signage.
The identity comes alive when seen across the project in different and interesting ways.
A new bench in powder-coated mild steel for indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed with very few elements, it sits comfortably within the architecture and interiors in which it is placed, without seeking attention.
