Excited to present my first short film “Tomorrow May Never Come” starring Ezriel Kornel and Klodjana Keco.
As an invisible cosmic explosion threatens to annihilate Earth, a scientist with only hours left to live returns home, desperate to reconnect with his fussy wife and spend their final moments together.

Assistant Director on “Insatiable You” (dir. Sacha Waters). A highlight of the project was working with Eddy Maday, who also stars in Steven Soderbergh’s “Presence” (2024).
Filmmaker gatherings are never just about the film. This time, James invited Veda to co-host his periodical filmmaking event, and it turned into a beautiful discovery of Indian culture through both food and cinema 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
We savored Palak Paneer, Butter Chicken, and the sweetest Gulab Jamun, then watched the heartwarming film The Lunchbox.
Everything was truly 100/10 😍
Checked out Momo Valley in Beacon, NY — live momo magic and gorgeous vibes. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I can confirm: shooting food is just as satisfying as eating it! 🍲
It took me a year and a half to finally share this little music video — mostly because I’ve always felt self-conscious about how I sound.
But the visuals were too special to leave in a folder forever.
So here it is — “Like I’m Gonna Lose You,” performed with so much heart, care, and light ✨
So grateful for my weekly writers’ gang — our table reads, brainstorming, and shared silence while we write side by side. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. ✍🏼✨
📽️ Throwback to my thesis film shoot at Film Academy
This was the first film set I’d ever been on — not just as a director, but ever. Before this, my only experience with filmmaking was acting in a couple of small roles back in Kazakhstan. So, stepping into this world from behind the camera was… chaotic, eye-opening, and unforgettable.
We were so deep in the madness of shooting, no one even had the time (or headspace) to capture proper behind-the-scenes. These few moments — us hauling equipment through the streets, or actual clips from the film — are all I have. And honestly, I think that says everything about how hectic it was.
I was completely unprepared. I didn’t know what a set was supposed to feel like, look like, run like. And yet, somehow, we pulled through shooting the entire film in just four hours.
Later, after working on other sets, I finally began to understand what a functional set looks like — and in what ways I screwed mine up 😅
Still, it wasn’t a failure. Not at all. The film got made and I’m genuinely proud of how much we pulled off. And that’s all thanks to the people around me, especially the two very experienced members of my crew — my DP and AD. They carried so much weight, not just technically, but by teaching me in real time how a set really works. I’ll never forget it. 🤍
🎭 BFA in Acting for Musical Theatre — from 2018 to 2022
Though I now mostly work behind the scenes on film sets, musical theatre will always hold a special place in my heart.
This carousel is a little time capsule — a collection of grainy clips and blurry photos from my training days. The visual quality might not be perfect, but the memories are timeless. Singing, dancing, rehearsing, laughing — it was all part of becoming a better performer, collaborator, and artist.
After graduating, I had the chance to work professionally as a musical theatre actress for a full year — an experience I’ll always be grateful for.
Who knows? Maybe one day I’ll return to the stage. Until then, here’s to celebrating this chapter — and the incredible teachers, classmates, and moments that shaped it. 💫
