WHAT A F***ING SUMMER
Submerging myself in another country, the place where my mother was born for 3 months was nothing but a blessing, an eye opener and an insane amount of knowledge gained about myself. Looking back the 4 months prior to coming I would ask myself, would I be able to last 90 days in a culture I didn’t speak the language or know many people outside of a few friends and family members? With the amount of love, respect and generosity from the hundreds of people I met and new friends that will last a lifetime, I made it work. It may not seem like a long time but adjusting to a new routine in another country ain’t easy, especially coming from one of the biggest city’s in the world and traveling to such a small town. Some days where definitely longer then others but I’m forever grateful for the experience and memories that will last forever. 🇮🇹❤️
