@locustnashville in 2020. Locust earned a Michelin star as well as a spot on North America’s 50 Best in 2025.
Chef Sam Jett
@samuel.jett worked alongside Sean Brock for 13 years. In 2024 he took over as the Executive Chef of Audrey
@audreynashville serving Appalachian food harvested in the mountains and right outside Nashville. Chef Sam Jett is also brilliant when it comes to advanced fermentation and curing programs. He was previously a headliner at the Trotter’s Koji Dinner.
