After a bit over 5k rounds I brought my primary to my fave gunsmith for a little checkup. A good clean and just a few tiny changed parts later, she’s as good as new 🙌🏻 The competitions are right around the corner, so I’d say perfect timing to have gotten her match ready!

That’s why I think it makes more sense, not to train separate routines for every single manipulation, but rather to repeat simple, gross motor movements that stay the same every time 🙌🏻
