Our refusal to teach true history of the world where we have robbed countless countries of natural resources, caused wars that have killed millions out of greed. I'm desperately embarrassed by this government who refuses to call for a cease fire when 10,000s people have died infront of our eyes and genocide is happening in this moment. I'm tired of the fact trans people make up a estimated 0.5% of the population but our genitals, way we present ourselves and the decision of whether we should be allowed to use a bathroom is to be feared and constantly used as bait in the press. The racism that exists day in and out for our POC siblings. The aggression they face just existing and the lack of will from British people to change or just treat other people with any sort of decency which is meant to be a "British" value. I'm embarrassed to be British. I want that to change because I want England to change. I really believe in being the change you want and I see that change in my friends and my extended community. But I still believe we could all do better. Solidarity. Look after each other. Call out someone whose being a racist.
