I often get really lovely comments about my energy and how happy I seem all the time, but honestly a huge part of that is exactly this… I’m very intentional about the people I surround myself with.
Energy and mindset are contagious. The people you spend the most time with will either inspire you, drain you, motivate you or shape the way you see yourself and the world around you - and I think it’s easy to forget how powerful or detrimental that can be for your general wellbeing.
I choose people who uplift me, push me, support me, and genuinely want to see me win and I try to give that same energy back too.
