STASH 040 (REMIXED) - PRODUCER HIGHLIGHTS 💾
Can’t Get Over (Moose Dawa Remix) -
@moosedawa
Moose Dawa sets it off with a pure summer-breeze of a flip, combining his bumpy signature drums with a mellow Rhodes- sample filled with soulful vocal-stabs, rising organs and 80 degrees guitar-licks. The beat engages thorougly with Aidinity’s flirtatious themed raps, giving us a whole different vibe than the original take.
Too Far (K Sluggah Remix) -
@ksluggah
On the second track, international beat-wizard & Muddy Fatigue member K Sluggah comes through with his renowned signature sound, resulting in a continuous stank-face all the way to the end. With the rugged drums somewhere in the back, the liquid-sounding piano sample to the front and Aidinity’s raps floating in between, he manages to create a 180-flip with his amazing remix.
Sorry (By Any Means Remix) -
@byanymeansmedia
Heading over to the talented producer-duo By Any Means pulls up with a crazy 4x4 to the floor remix - surpassing the already energetic vibe of the original track. The combo of the filtered sample and their hard hitting & driven house-drums fits perfect with the ambivalent pace of Aidinity’s flow. Halfway through they switch up the sample and tempo, showcasing their skills and diversity in production.
Galaxy 93’ (Dogbite Remix) -
@hundbett
Moving on to Gothenburg’s 360 all-doer and Cult Classic’s member Dogbite, who offers us a free trip up to space with his flip of ”Galaxy 93’”. His production does the title justice with the spacious soundscape he manages to create, laying the bass at the front - combined with the haze of a sample and delayed vocal sprinkles that lingers throughout.
Memories (Johnny Filter Remix) -
@jthefil
For the final track of the project, we’re blessed with a beautiful new take of ”Memories”, signed by the talented Malmö-based and South African-native Johnny Filter. The mood of the stripped down drums together with the soulful-piano loop, touches of strings and filtered vocals at the end; gets seamlessly well-paired with Aidinity’s reminiscent raps. The result brings us a sentimental and nostalgic feel from beginning to end.
