I started in this industry roughly 3 years ago after dropping out of film school. I quickly fell in love with the art of lighting and started my journey through G&E. Gaffing became a passion and being on set felt like a form of therapy. It has been years since I’ve made a reel but the time has finally come.
I have shot, directed, and colored everything you’ll see in this reel.
I am so fortunate to have met the most amazing and talented people through my journey.
Summer is here and I have a feeling it’s gonna be a big one 🤞🏻
I can’t wait to continue to work with and learn from all of you so that we can all grow together 💛

Decided to spice things up for myself on this shoot by Gaffing and 1st AD.
A lot of green screen, a lot of mulch, and a little bit of sleep to make this happen. Was such a fun shoot and I am happy to have been able to help turn a vision board into something so amazing!

With this year coming to an end I leave this rare photo dump from 2024. I started out this year in a 9-5 before I left in May and have been so lucky to have stayed busy. My very first film set ever was in 2022 after dropping out and looking back I cannot believe how many amazing projects I’ve been fortunate enough to be apart of. I’ve met so many incredible and beautiful people this year and I am truly grateful for every opportunity. I hope to get to work with many of you whom I have yet to see on set and continue working with all of the amazing crew I’ve grown used to. I believe 2025 will be a catalyst for many of us in this creative space, bringing in new opportunities to learn, grow, and improve. Love you all 💛

Had the pleasure of gaffing this hilarious comedy special with a great crew.
Absolutely stacked camera team with 3 different ARRI cameras in play.
Worked solo on G&E to achieve the simple yet effective lighting plan by @joevictorine Rigged par cans and dedo units onto the existing grid and rigged the frontal quasar unit onto an overhead beam. Always am happy when I get to work with tungsten 🤓

🎭Interview Lighting Breakdown 💡
This interview gave the chance for a more theatrical approach. I want to thank @brett.blackwell and @domcuch for trusting me in creating this lighting setup. The subject and location of an interview is extremely important on determining how to light. To service the story of this episode of Queens Dreams, I felt necessary to include tungsten as a key element within the lighting setup, similar to theater lighting. Shoutout to @notbadkev KG’ing this one, holding it down as usual.

I had a great time gaffing this super fun shoot and was glad to get the call!
💡This shoot was run and gun, so no real diagrams this time around. But for most scenes, I used Astera Titans, especially in the restaurant to give a nice wrap around the talent. There’s some BTS at the end where you can see some Titan tubes setup. You can also see the quick little glass snorri @depthbydavid and I rigged up. Oh.. and lots of Hollywooding LOL
