The painting behind me is of my mother. Losing her this year changed me on a cellular level.
Some things she passed down to me are - artistic talents, the ability to create beautiful spaces and resilience. She is in every brush stroke, paint scrape and patience while peeling off 1/4” glass squares from various surfaces.
