GL1 - We’re pleased to share that planning approval has been granted for the rebuild of this heritage-listed, statement garage in Glenelg.
Navigating the heritage framework, public notification process and the site’s unique community context required a considered and collaborative approach. Throughout, our focus has been on respecting the character and contribution of the existing structure, while carefully shaping a design that ensures its continued relevance well into the future.
NW1 - Early works are underway to bring this significant hall back to life. The design approach focuses on carefully restoring its inherent character while adapting the building to support contemporary family living. We look forward to sharing more as the transformation progresses.
DG1 - Starting 2026 with a bang!
What began as a single dwelling now has planning approval granted for 12 homes—navigating heritage listings, challenging site conditions, tree protection and traffic consultancy throughout. A rewarding outcome for a complex and highly constrained site.
