My student didn’t understand the reasoning behind this exercise but once further explained and after doing it multiple times, they are now comfortable with it. Which prepares them for all the drills that follow!
The intention behind each word, exercise, and movement is growth when we gather together.
This particular exercise aims to strengthen the calf and ankle muscles of my students, who as models will need to walk, stand, and sit in heels for extended periods of time.
Strengthening these muscles is essential for being able to move comfortably and confidently in heels.
This exercise can easily be done at home.

Posing 102 was such a success, they wanted 103! 🎉
Posing 103 is designed to further my current students comfortability in front of the camera by expanding their posing style and gaining confidence and love for being in front of the camera.
They get to choose what style of photography they want to shoot for their portfolio. Where as, my new student will focus on getting their digitals completed and basic posing techniques.
Each student will be offered the opportunity to take photos in one of one design by @bbyvvsfashion to begin their portfolio work!
