Agata (Aggy) Saka is the founder of Saka Hair Studio, a Black-owned salon in Brunswick West celebrated for its expertise in textured hair and inclusive service. What began in her home has grown into one of Melbourne’s leading studios.
Her work honors Black hair as both culture and art. In 2024, she presented at the NGV’s Africa Fashion exhibition and won the Amari Gala’s Business of the Year award.
In 2025, Aggy expanded into film, working on two U.S. productions—continuing to inspire confidence and champion creativity across salon, stage, and screen.
