We’re excited to announce new beginner cycling courses starting in the first week of June!
These 5-week courses will take place at:

Today Thursday 7 May we have our local elections. It’s your chance to have your say and help choose councillors to represent you and your neighbours over the next few years. Our Hub, 58 Hall Lane, Chingford E4 8EU is a local polling station. An ideal chance for you to pop in and find out more about us whilst you place your vote.
If you’re voting in person at your local polling station, please don’t forget that you will need to bring photo ID with you. Accepted forms of ID include a passport, a driver’s licence, or a 60+ London Oystercard. You can access a full list of accepted forms of ID on the Electoral Commission website.
We had a fantastic time at Lloyd Park Spring Fayre on May 4th, celebrating all things dog at our show stall 🐾
Thanks to your amazing support, we raised just under £300! We’re so grateful to everyone who came along, took part, and helped make the day such a success.

A huge thank you to Lisa Barham and Nick Fletcher for raising an incredible £4,000 between them 👏
Lisa took on an amazing challenge—running three marathons in just five weeks: Rome, Paris, and finishing with a final lap at London 🏃♀️ Meanwhile, Nick smashed his goal, completing his marathon in under 4 hours!
Nick’s fundraising was also boosted by the fantastic support of his friends at West Essex Golf Club, who have chosen us as their charity of the year—thank you!
