RUNNING FOR AGE UK LAMBETH & IN MEMORY OF MY FRIEND ALBERT ROBERTSON ❤️🕊️ DONATION 🔗 LINK IN BIO 🙏⭐ I am running this years marathon in memory of my friend Albert Robertson and to raise awareness for @AgeUklamberth .  Becoming a 'phone friend' for age UK was a real positive out of COVID 2020.  Let me tell you a snippet of a wonderful story... After Albert and I had become established and firm friends, another lockdown hit 🎯  I took on a small role co-ordinating the Alberts and Claire's of South Lambeth. I spoke to a lovely old boy and his family, and promised him a great phone friend. A couple weeks passed and I couldn't find a match. After thrashing it out with Albert we came to the conclusion he was a good match. Albert was apprehensive, but he was kind and brave, and so forth he went full circle and at 83/84 became Rupert's (91 Albert senior) phone friend.  ... So I ask you to support me support Age UK.  If you've ever considered it, go volunteer in your area or dig deep and donate the price of a pinot 🍷 or a cappuccino☕ Whatever you can give is EPIC for Albert's run ❤️🇯🇲🙏⭐💪 Ps. We will be doing a tea 🍵 and pamper 🫧 💅 day for the elderly. Today we’ve been making drawings and prints from collections of seeds with @ageuklambeth at their centre in Brixton. Taking inspiration from the ideas of collecting, sharing, and swapping plants, participants created their own fabulous printing blocks and produced wonderful seed-inspired prints. #creativehealth #seedsofexchange #gardenmuseumlearning
