You don’t need more features. You need people to see what you’ve built. Most folks get this wrong. We don’t. If you’re launching soon — this is the difference between noise and traction. DM “LAUNCH” to get started #productlaunch #launch #gtm

Everybody talks about scaling teams. Very few talk about what burnout is doing to those teams behind the scenes. According to @mytherapistng , Nigerian businesses lose an estimated ₦400 billion yearly to stress, burnout, and mental health related productivity decline. That’s not just a wellness issue anymore. That’s business performance. Now with over 25,000 users, Mytherapist.ng is expanding its corporate wellness initiative and preparing to launch Mytherapist.ng 2.0 — positioning mental health support as part of the future of work in Africa. Because healthier employees don’t just feel better. They build better companies. Read more on African Tech Journal #employee #wellbeing #stress #therapy

Cash flow is killing more African businesses than bad products ever will. Suppliers deliver goods and wait months to get paid. Retailers need to restock but lack liquidity. Banks still struggle to lend to businesses operating outside perfect spreadsheets. That gap between moving goods and delayed cash is the problem Bidemi Adebayo is solving. From factory floors in China to building fintech infrastructure in Nigeria, her journey into SME credit is a story of systems, trust, and the quiet work behind African commerce.
