Been practicing Muay Thai for almost a year now and have more flexibility and mobility in my lower body. Muay Thai has been so awesome for my health, mentally and physically. The sense of community here is awesome. Thanks @factumutah
Went on a solo hike to Heughs canyon, there’s something about being near rushing water that’s just so healing. Making space for new opportunities isn’t always easy, sometimes it hurts, but that’s what growth is, I suppose.
Italian work outs. Sometimes I get possessed by the spirit of silly and the only way to exorcise it is…by Italian exercises. This was originally a snap chat for close friends, so completely unscripted.

A quick trip up to guardmens pass to check out the beauty that is this state, the colors are popping, the air is nice and crisp, this is the kind of day I live for. Loving these fall colors. #beautahful
One more Uintahs backpacking trip in the books! Got to hike to lake amethyst with my brothers Tanner and Justin, 14 mile round trip but the vibes were just right, from star gazing to blasting prince at 12 am this trip was perfect
Little late on this post but this started off one of the most epic summers I’ve ever had! This day was a roller coaster of emotions, from sand boarding to hitting dunes in a side by side (a first for me) to endo’ing (also a first for me) and somehow everyone maintaining high spirits, so much love for these people an this moment, BIG shout to to Dustin Larsen for being the stud that he is and making it happen
Been a long time since I’ve spun fire, definitely felt good. This summer I’m going to dedicate more time and get back to my roots, thanks to @melmalzl and @grantlamont for pulling me back to one of my favorite things. Also @pj16 for the photo and video c:
