LOVE LIVES HERE. Today, AFFA launched a joy-filled billboard campaign across the Charleston, SC area that puts LGBTQ+ love front and center. ‘Love Lives Here’ celebrates the couples and families who call the Lowcountry home, not despite the challenges, but because this is our home, and it’s one worth fighting for. There are currently 10 billboards in the Charleston area featuring several couples from our very own AFFA community. Tag us when you see them! Where else in SC needs a little bit of love? 🤔👀

Some nights we invite you to move, and others we invite you to listen. On June 6, we’re hosting Between the Lines—an intimate acoustic evening with @marylambertsing Designed as a stripped-back, intentional gathering—where music and spoken word share space, and the stories behind the work take center stage. Widely recognized for her work on Same Love, Mary has built a body of work that sits at the intersection of vulnerability, identity, and cultural impact. Her performances move fluidly between song and poetry, creating an experience that feels as personal as it does collective. Tickets are $108, a nod to Gilbert Baker’s original Pride flag design, and 100% of proceeds will benefit @affa.sc @affa.action @wearefamilycharleston Doors at 6:30p Show at 7p 🎟️ On Sale for Members May 5th 🎟️ On Sale General Public May 6th 📍 The Drop In 🏠

Poster drop 🎉 Park Circle Pride returns June 2–7, 2026 for year 6—bringing 35+ events to bars, breweries, and venues across Park Circle. The 2026 poster by Alexander Griffin (Gumbo Design Co.) is a bold symbol of unity and resistance—raised fists, interlocked hands, and Pride and trans elements capturing both the fight and the celebration. Drag, brunches, queer prom, markets, music, and more. Mostly free, all for the community. Our Pride celebration benefits the LGBTQ+ non-profits AFFA and We Are Family. Full schedule drops next week. Stay tuned. 🌈

This Lesbian Visibility Week, we celebrate being seen AND being supported. In line with this year’s theme centering health and wellbeing in the community, we’re reminding our people: rest when you need it, stay connected to people who uplift you, and make space for joy—even in small moments. You deserve every good thing. 🧡🩷💜 #lesbianvisibilityweek

We’re so excited to share that we’ve chosen the Alliance For Full Acceptance (@affa.sc ) as this quarter’s 1% for the People partner! ICYMI, last year we launched a new initiative to donate 1% of our profits every quarter to an organization doing important work in our community. AFFA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a South Carolina where all LGBTQ+ people are respected, safe, and free to thrive. They work statewide to provide LGBTQ+ education, advocacy, and community engagement opportunities. AFFA is a vital force for our queer community and we are proud to support their tireless work to address legislative threats, promote inclusivity, and celebrate queer joy! Now through the end of June, we’re totaling up 1% of our profits (including in-store and online sales) and donating directly to AFFA. Please spread the word, give @affa.sc a follow, or make a direct donation if you are able.

Social media manager here— not sure why Ashley’s camera makes it look like she’s in a funhouse mirror, but we LOVE the spirit! 🤪🎪 And you heard her right, AFFA hosts an annual LGBTQ+ health summit each Fall and our team is so excited for what’s in store for 2026. Stay tuned as we release more details! 🫶
