梅州之行第二天，我帶住學員走進瓷器場，近距離了解中國瓷器嘅工藝、製造過程，同埋背後一份好細緻嘅匠人精神。
On the second day of our Meizhou trip, I brought my students to a porcelain workshop to explore the craftsmanship, production process, and the delicate spirit behind Chinese porcelain.
由胚體、上釉，到一筆一畫親手繪製，大家都睇得好投入，亦都玩得好開心。
From the base form to glazing, and then painting by hand, everyone was fully engaged and genuinely enjoying the experience.
原來真正嘅傳統工藝，唔單止係「睇」，而係你親手感受過之後，先會更加明白每一件作品點樣誕生。
Traditional craftsmanship is not just something to look at — it is something you truly understand only after experiencing it yourself.
今次嘅安排，唔只係一個體驗，
更係希望學員喺備賽之外，打開眼界，吸收更多文化養分，
因為靈感，從來都可以由一隻瓷碗、一筆線條開始。
This was more than just an activity. It was a way for our students to broaden their horizons and absorb more cultural inspiration beyond competition prep. Inspiration can begin with a porcelain bowl or a single brushstroke.

因為 2026 年 Nailympia China 開咗攝像模式之後，加入咗更多中國文化相關題目，
所以喺正式進入備賽最忙、最癲嘅階段之前，我想帶選手們親身感受一下真正嘅中國傳統文化。
有時靈感唔係喺課室等返嚟，
而係你真係走入去、睇到、感受到，先會慢慢出現。
今次一直嚴厲訓練大家、連續四個月都好認真嘅 Pitt Sir，
竟然突然男扮女裝，直接變身全場氣氛組，笑到大家收唔到聲。
而我 Sandy 老師就負責造型同攝影，
希望大家喺備賽前，可以先輕鬆一下，影返啲靚相，留低一個好玩又難忘嘅回憶。
亦都要多謝 梅州昌盛大酒店 嘅精心安排，

During the Easter holiday, we didn’t slow down — we took our A Formula team to Meizhou to learn, explore, and recharge in a fun way!
Since the 2026 Nailympia China has introduced more Chinese culture-themed elements,
I wanted our competitors to experience traditional Chinese culture before entering the most intense phase of preparation.
Sometimes, inspiration doesn’t come from the classroom —
it comes when you step out, see more, and truly feel more.
Pitt Sir, who has been very strict with training for the past four months,
surprised everyone by dressing up and becoming the mood-maker of the trip.
Meanwhile, Sandy handled styling and photography,
so everyone could relax, enjoy the moment, and leave with beautiful memories before heading into competition mode.
A special thank you to Meizhou Changsheng Hotel for the thoughtful arrangement and warm hospitality.
This trip was more than a getaway —
it was a creative recharge, a team bonding moment, and a meaningful pause before serious preparation begins.
