Some big weeks ahead 👀 Season (re)start this weekend and it’s go time from there.. A stacked first part of the season is coming up: • May 9 – @go__triathlon Brouwersdam • May 31 – @trinieuwkoop • June 14 – IRONMAN Klagenfurt 🇦🇹 • July 5 – Challenge Roth 🇩🇪 Starting off with some Dutch races before heading back to Klagenfurt, a race I already did back in 2023 and think is one of the most beautiful races on the calendar. And then Roth… That one has been on the bucket list for a long time! Obviously have seen and heard so many things about this race, now it will finally be time for me to experience it myself! We spent several hours at the velodrome with @tristanolij , refining his new cockpit and validating the work we’d done on his position beforehand. Both leading into and during the session, we focused on dialing in his fit on the bike. On track, that meant systematically testing different arm angles, stack heights, and reach positions, combined with multiple helmet options, to understand how each change affected his aerodynamics. By the end of the session, we’ve achieved a reduction of roughly 11%, and more importantly, arrived at a front-end setup that is both fast and repeatable for Tristan. There’s still plenty of testing ahead on other areas of the bike, but this was a very solid step forwards. #aerotesting #aerogrip #triathlon #aerogains #swimbikerun

This is a fully kitted out semi-tailored cockpit. This setup features internal cable guides, custom grips for Shimano, and a strong focus on cooling. Copper plating along the sides of the cockpit is paired with our custom made cooling pads from @ultracool.tech , helping manage heat during long efforts on hot days. It is a highly effective upgrade for athletes dealing with warmer conditions. This Ventum Tempus build came together around one clear goal: creating a front end that balances comfort, aerodynamics, and practicality. To achieve that, we developed a custom riser stack that works in combination with the Profile Design A3 riser system. This allowed the athlete to ride with a consistent 30-degree arm angle, a position that remains comfortable over long durations while staying aerodynamically efficient. The bike runs SRAM Rival with wireless Blips. For this setup, we designed custom buttons and integrated them into our handgrips made specifically for Blips. The result is a clean and intuitive control layout. It also makes traveling with the bike straightforward: the riser stack remains in place while the cockpit is removed with just a few bolts, without any cables to manage. The cockpit is fitted with a computer mount, a hydration hose guide block, and a magnetic aero bottle with hydration hose. How to install your @aerogrip.tech cockpit. In really simple terms, it’s two bolts from bottom and two bolts from the top. Find the right length bolt for the number of spacers you want and you’re good to go. Sram users have it even easier to add and change the number of spacers and for traveling life is super simple. With a huge amount of customisation, this cockpit works on all bikes. The approach is slightly different for bikes not using a mono riser, but the principles remain similar. Plus, the cockpit is seriously light which is an added bonus to the comfort and aero gains! If you have any questions, just shout!
