1st Birthday Celebrations 🎂
Celebrating our first lap round the sun with one of the most revered artists in dance music, Raresh.
One third of Romanian trio [A:RPIA:R] and considered by many as one of the greats of underground electronic music; Raresh played a defining role alongside Petre and Rhadoo in championing the ‘Romanian sound’ in the mid to late 2000s gaining global recognition in the process.
Characterised by warm, rolling groove, Raresh’s sets ebb and flow more like a conversation with the dance floor than a DJ set. This evening has all the hallmarks of a defining party in our journey.
The warm up comes courtesy of our newly appointed resident Aerofunk, with 3 hours to set the pace digging deep into his collection.

Kapsule turns 1 🎂💜
Celebrating our 1st birthday in style with one of the most loved and respected artists in the underground, Raresh.
Couple that with a 3 hour warm up from our newly appointed resident and an extended hours dance into the early hours of a summers morning, this feels like a fitting way to see out the season and celebrate our birthday.
This year has been one of establishment and connection. Taking up roots and growing our network of promoters, artists and dancers that we now consider friends has been without a doubt the most rewarding aspect of it all. We’re closing off the year in that same vein working alongside reheat to bring Raresh for his first party in the city in 9 years.
Again, another moment to savour for us in what has been an incredible year.

New Resident: Aerofunk
At the root of any established club or party are its residents.
Handed the task of learning acutely every quirk and intricacy of the sound system and developing the range and repertoire to deliver exactly what the dance floor needs at any given time.
Courtney has played at the club on a number of occasions, each time bringing a different section of his collection. From subtle deep house, slamming electro & breaks, to straight-up party tunes; all the while bringing his unmistakable style and energy each time.
The DJ’s DJ, no frills, we’re made up to have Courtney onboard.
His first gig as an official resident comes in the form of a 3-hour warm-up on our 1st birthday.
But who will he be warming up for?
