A lot of times we self sabotage and it’s part of being human but the point is, it will hurt more than help. If you want something in this lifetime, go for it. If you don’t show up how can you start? If you don’t start how can you finish? there are plenty of days that I don’t want to show up, but I’ve never had a day where I regret it showing up. You can apply this to anything you’re working towards in life.
Muay Thai is something I want to get better at and learn more about when it comes to implementation. What’s the best way to reach that goal? Show up to the dojo. Wanna get better at knitting? Get a starter kit and watch some videos or take a class. Simple. Don’t let the doubt ruin you.
