Granular indexing, more positions, customizable tilt range.
Loc8™ is our mechanical indexing system that provides up to 8 discrete saddle positions separated by 5 degrees.
What’s unique about the Loc8™ system is that it allows the SwitchGrade Pro to rotate freely while the lever is disengaged, then positively re-index at any position when released – simply drop and lock.
Refined granular indexing makes mid-flight adjustments faster and easier by eliminating the need to “hunt” for engagement.
Another new feature we’re proud to introduce is Climb-it Control™ which lets riders set independent hard stops – fore and aft – to prevent over-rotation.
Climb-it Control™ works like your derailleur’s inbound and outbound limiters. At the heart of the system is a trypophobiac’s nightmare consisting of a honeycomb matrix of holes and small limit screws at either end used to limit movement. Each staggered hole is perfectly aligned with a distinct 5-degree step. Using the fore and aft limit screws, riders can specify how much forward and rearward tilt they desire.

But actually, Since suffering a major crash in July last year, I have not been able to pedal a traditional bike without experiencing a cramping pain through my left side. Though that has since improved, it's still something I feel everyday. The Transition Relay has been my breath of fresh air when I thought I'd be drowning in a void of biking this season. The light pedal-assist power means I can still work on my recovery, pedalling out on the trails and adding assistance whenever my nerve symptoms come on.⚡️ When I get to the top, I turn it off and it shreds the down so much like my spire or patrol it's unbelievable!! I didn't plan or expect to jump into the e-bike life prior to this injury but hot dang has it been a hoot! 🦉 The removable battery adds a super convenient travel component to the mix too! allowing me to source a battery at my destination and enable bike trips with my own, bespoke setup! If this isn't love, I don't what is ❤️
