The intrusive thoughts that kept visiting me during the past few morning runs. Especially the longer ones 😅 Good luck to everyone running @jakartarunningfestival next week! May your long runs remind you how far you’ve come. #MindfulProgression @onetrackmind.run

“Sundays are for the long ones”. And last weekend at the @seoul_marathon 2026 was marathon numero 12, marking 16 years since I started running. I did it differently this time. No watch, just @strava app running in the background while I took in everything @seoulcity had to offer. For the first time in forever, that runner’s high actually came back. There’s such a raw simple joy in doing something hard just to see if I can. For me it was a way to remember what it feels like to actually be alive. I believe that “fast” is a “feeling”. And that day I felt it again. #MindfulProgression

And if this resonates you, save this post before it’s gone. Or send it to a friend who keeps saying, “I’ll start running next year” #MindfulProgression @onetrackmind.run

Ini cara @adystrabimo bikin strategi lari jadi sesuatu yang bisa “dirasain”, bukan cuma “dihitung.” Human insight comes first, context before numbers. Swipe for the full story.👀 #tndonaparasanya

Last weekend I ran @nusanta.run chapter13. An 81 km from Batur to Serangan to help raise scholarships for young student-athletes in Bali. The route was brutal 😅 steep downhills made my quads scream, long stretches of pitch-black road, and the constant howl of dogs cutting through the night. But in that chaos, running felt stripped down to its essence: breath, intention, and the choice to keep moving. There were 153 of us, running not to be the fastest but to shine a light on a cause bigger than ourselves. In shared darkness, in exchanged nods and tired smiles, @nusanta.run is surely felt like family. One long line of people trying to make someone else’s future a little brighter. And even with the pain and the doubt, the journey taught me things only a night like that can teach. Crossing the finish line was unforgettable. But knowing that one day, even one child might rise from this effort and carry 🇮🇩 name with pride..that’s the kind of finish that stays with you forever. To everyone who has already donated: thank you 🙏. The donation link is still open on my profile if you wanna join. #NeverDONE #runningculture Snaps by @goklasbobo and @chez__mima

Late post of test-shot @onetrackmind.run 2026 season got me thinking: to build a running product is to accept that perfection is the horizon line: always in sight, yet forever moving 😅. The ideas. The prototype. The test. The data: the sweat rates, the millimeters of friction. But those numbers only tell half the story. The most valuable feedback comes from the runners itself: “It’s too hot at KM 20” “The cap brim is too wide” Etc.. It’s almost a cycle of rigorous humility: Test. Tweak. Gather. Test again. A confession that even the most advanced textile, the most crazy product ideas, is merely the best version right now. Next year, @onetrackmind.run is excited to release more running system. From caps to apparel. We release it, not because it is perfect, but because we have pushed the boundaries of possible for this moment. #MindfulProgression

We’re living in a running era overflowing with choices. Races every weekend. New events popping up nonstop. It’s exciting… but it can also feel overwhelming. When options keep expanding but our inner direction stays blurry, the noise gets loud. That’s why @onetrackmind.run recently hosted a race canvassing session. Not just for 2026, but for the 2027 season too. The goal was simple: zoom out, think long-term, and reconnect with our deeper intention as runners. When we get clear on the direction of our fitness journey, choosing races becomes easier… and more meaningful. It stops being about collecting medals and starts becoming about crafting a “path”. Slowly, mindfully, with progression that feels aligned rather than rushed. Long-term vision first. Then the race calendar naturally falls into place. A calmer, more intentional way to grow as a runner. #MindfulProgression Shout out to @asaren_experience and @plataran.senayan for the support! Pic by @endath_ / @bettr.visual

@nycmarathon journal: grateful for the experience with @strava team. It remains the greatest race I’ve ever run. Come here not for the timing, but just to feel alive. #MindfulProgression
