We’re hiring a hands-on Laser and Fold Manager to take full ownership of our laser cutting and press brake operations
This is a key production leadership role responsible for end-to-end management of laser cutting and folding activity, ensuring output meets customer quality standards, delivery targets, and cost expectations.
In addition, you will lead and develop a skilled team, setting clear expectations, supporting training and development, and building a strong culture of accountability, safety, and high performance on the shop floor.

We’re Hiring: Buyer
ADS Laser Cutting is looking for a Buyer to take ownership of our purchasing function and help drive efficiency, value, and reliability across our manufacturing operations.
Based at our state-of-the-art 87,000 sq. ft facility in Leicester, you’ll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of sheet metal, aluminium, tooling, consumables, and other essential materials. What you’ll be doing:
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best value
• Monitoring deliveries to support production continuity
• Managing and raising purchase orders using Sage
• Building strong supplier relationships and onboarding new vendors
• Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Maintaining accurate purchasing data and reporting
What we’re looking for:
• Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
• Knowledge of sheet metal/fabrication (desirable)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
