Everything changed when the same day I found out I was pregnant with Cove, I signed a book deal! It’s been a secret ever since, but now it’s time to share the cover! This year, I’ve become a mother, moved to a new country, opened a second L’Arrosoir location in Oslo, and wrote a book šŸ™šŸ’«šŸŒø FLEURS is coming Spring 2026. Created in collaboration with photographer @katiedonnelly_ , it features over 50 floral recipes that capture the essence of French floral design rules… And the beauty of breaking them. Merci to my agent @lme.in.nyc and publisher @hachetteus @unionsqandco for making this dream bloom.

Still thinking about last night and honestly feeling so grateful and energized. I was invited to this beautiful women-run flower farm in Oslo @osloblomsterverksted to do a bouquet demonstration and share/promote my book at their tulip festival and it felt so special to be there. I’ve had the chance to work with this farm for the past year. They supply their fresh flowers to my shop during the season and getting to know these amazing women has been such a gift. They inspire me endlessly, not only with what they grow, but with the community and beauty they create around them. There were over 120 people there last night!!! And last night I felt so inspired and emotional in the best way. It means so much to have people show up, listen to my story, support my book, and share in this flower-filled world with me. I got to reconnect with @skjaergaardshagen and listen to her journey with tulips. And having my husband and baby there with me made the whole night feel even more memorable šŸ¤ Just one of those evenings that reminds me how grateful I am for this life, these friendships, and flowers bringing people together. Flower power forever.

I’ve travelled around the world hosting floral classes for the release of Fleurs, and it’s been such a joy meeting flower lovers everywhere. For those whose cities I haven’t made it to yet, I’m so happy to finally bring the workshop to you virtually—live with @thestarlingclub During our online class, I’ll walk you through how to create a L’Arrosoir French bouquet, sharing how I select blooms, think about movement and texture, and build an arrangement step by step from start to finish. It’s happening on May 20 at 5 PM CEST, and it’s exclusive to Starling Club members. If you’re not part of @jamiebeck.co magical community yet, this might be the perfect moment to join.

Behind the scenes from a Fleurs shoot when I was 5 months pregnant with my little bug. I thought I was having a girl at this point. I loved this moment in time with @katiedonnelly_ 🪺

Thanks so much @costumenorge for this thoughtful feature on my 10 wedding flower commandments 🌸 I’m still completely in love with the dreamy blooms created by the incredibly talented florists at L’Arrosoir in Paris. We really embraced the magic of September, letting the season guide our palette and choosing blue flowers that felt true to me. Some of my commandments include: respect the season and work with seasonal flowers, let the flowers match the venues spirit, and be creative with vessels and objects!
