Some months ago, curator Tomáš Pospěch and Galerie Fiducia invited me to prepare an exhibition of my recent work from Poland. It feels especially meaningful to show my work on walls that, since the gallery’s opening in 2001, have hosted so many photographers I deeply admire, and to collaborate with Tomáš — whose curatorial practice I respect greatly. In recent years, he has curated a number of remarkable exhibitions, including projects dedicated to Josef Koudelka. Alongside this work, he also runs the publishing house PositiF, which I genuinely admire.
We open on January 19 at 18:00, and if you happen to be around, I would be very happy to have you there. If not, the exhibition will be on view until February 20.
