Polytopes? More like poly*totes*! To toast my new video sculpture collabs with @adriaarch (and a stellar swath of her solo pieces) in “Anti-Gravity,” we made custom-printed tote bags! Or rather, fellow @distillerygallery artist @antidesigns screen printed them for us (with UV-reactive orange ink). Just like our collab, this tote bag has many creative facets to it… On one side, a custom graphic I created for Adria’s exhibition, and on the other, my iconic double-cat art. (Yep, we repurposed totes to be eco-friendly *and* go maximalist with visuals, as we are wont to do!) If you’d like to get your paws on one (in light pink, dark pink, white, light grey, light blue, teal, or yellow), DM Allison with your quantity + color preference, as well as if you can pick it up at the gallery at the Closing Reception (Saturday, May 16, 7–9 pm), Daytime Last-Look (Sunday, May 17, 3–5 pm), or if you’d like it shipped directly.
