Hello everyone! My name is Sydney Howard, and I am the Vice President of Member Development of Alpha Delta Pi. My fantastic team and I have the opportunity to help shape the development of our members by supporting wellbeing, academics and diversity and inclusion within our chapter, while also upholding the standing rules and bylaws that hold our members to a high standard.
I especially love helping women build confidence in their future through creating LinkedIn profiles and resumes that prepare them for life beyond college.
This chapter has truly shaped me into the person and leader I am today, and the most rewarding part of my role has been forming genuine connections with so many incredible women and watching them grow into the best versions of themselves.

Hello, my name is Josie Perdue, and I’m honored to serve as your Philanthropy Chair. After serving as Community Service Specialist last year, I now lead our chapter’s support of the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Charlotte through volunteering and Philanthropy Week. This past spring, we raised over $16,000, and seeing our impact firsthand has been one of the most rewarding parts of my ADPi experience.

To know Ella was to love Ella🤍
It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of our beloved sister, Ella Ayers, AC ‘25. Ella was known for her kind heart and genuine spirit. Ella loved ADPi and ADPi loved her. She brought light into our chapter and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Ella will always be a part of ADPi, and her impact on our sisterhood will never be forgotten. We are holding her family, friends, and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Hi! My name is Simone Barlow and I am so honored to be serving as the Vice President of Finance for Zeta Gamma. This chapter has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone time and time again, and the benefits of that have been life changing! I have truly met my people and they continue to help me become a better version of myself each and every day! In my position, I help my sisters understand their finances and learn how to budget.
