I never understood it when someone got angry at others for not doing things perfectly on their first try. While it is most certainly possible, it shouldn't be a benchmark. Growth, like a garden, takes time for most people. Don't beat yourself up if it takes you a couple of tries to get something right, or if you learn something at a different pace.
