Hot take: personal style and taste doesn't come from following a Pinterest board. In this living room, we embraced a fearless palette of fuchsia and electric yellow. The bold artwork and accent wall are grounded with custom black upholstery for a modern, weighted edge. The result is a space that trades "trends" for a real sense of identity.

Depth comes from mixing materials, not matching them. 🌀 When materials contrast and complement each other, a room begins to feel layered rather than flat, with each element adding something a little different. It’s what gives a room that lived-in, collected feeling. More relaxed, more natural, and ultimately more reflective of how people actually want to live without giving up design.

A few days at @kbis_official 2026! Andrea joined @aliabdali82 from @marbella_canada to explore what’s next in kitchen and bath design. From new materials and finishes to the details that are shaping how these spaces are evolving. (Check out the video at the end! 👀) It’s always valuable to step away, see what’s emerging, and bring that perspective back into the studio. Some of the most memorable spaces are the ones that catch you by surprise. This powder room was an opportunity to lean into "more." By drenching the ceiling, trim, and casements in a single hue, we create a seamless, immersive environment where wallpaper and texture can truly sing. It’s a small footprint that leaves a lasting impression on every guest.

This project reflects the deeper, more hands-on side of our work, the layers of planning, coordination, and construction that help a home come together with intention. We developed a full design plan that gave our client a clear path forward, allowing the home to come together over time without losing the integrity of the overall vision. It's a process that goes far beyond selecting beautiful pieces. It's about understanding how a home is built, how each layer supports the next, and how thoughtful execution creates a space that feels cohesive, refined, and deeply personal. 💫

The most lasting spaces are rarely rushed. ⏳ For this project, we created a comprehensive design package rooted in Andrea’s belief in having a five-year plan for your home, giving our client the flexibility to approach each stage in their own time while keeping the overall vision intact. It created space for thoughtful choices, practical timing, and the kind of layered design details that tie a home together beautifully as each room unfolds. We’re now returning to add the next finishing layer with drapery, shears, and blinds, bringing added warmth, softness and refinement to the home.
