At Adishaktiโs SOPE training, rhythm isnโt just percussion โ itโs awareness in motion. Under Vinayโs guidance, we discovered how rhythm shapes thought, focus, and behaviour on stage. From clapping counts to layered group scenes, from chaos to perfect sync โ rhythm became language.
By the final day, movement, voice, and time merged into one pulse. The performer no longer kept the rhythmโฆ they became it. ๐ฟ
