THAT’S A WRAP! 🎬 The last ever episode of Help! My House is Haunted went up on Discovery+ today, it’s the end of an era. I worked on the show from the very beginning in 2017, helping to transform it into the show that it became. I was given the freedom by @bencoletv to give it the visual style that it has, one of the primary reasons it all looked so good and found great success.
Along the way I’ve met some of the hardest working crew, often under-appreciated for the crazy hours they worked including the tedious overnight shoots often wrapping beyond 4am.
So many others worked hard on this show too, from the office production staff to all the editors, colourists, each played a key role making the show great. Without them, it would’ve been just another mediocre paranormal TV show.
I’ve shot well over 100 episodes, a huge milestone. Even if by a small miracle the show was recommissioned in the future, I’ve done my time.
Finally… one incredible thing to come out of all of this was finding and hiring @aimeebant an incredibly talented camera operator who today has become the better half of me ♥️
