As women, so many of us are taught to manage the emotions of everyone around us. @adeleblim shared that it is not your responsibility to make everyone else comfortable with your ambition, your boundaries, or your power. People can deal with it.
And the other part I loved is that power does not always look loud. It does not need to shout to be real. Sometimes the most powerful person in the room is the one who knows exactly who she is, quietly believes in herself, and brings that certainty to the table.
More young women need to hear this earlier: prioritize what matters to you, trust your voice, and stop shrinking to manage the room.
