A corrected neck positive I made over at @vincentvandykefx
First the clay work, sealed with vinyl spray, the silicone brush-up negative, and finally the finished 1630/stone positive
Every time I strive to get cleaner edges and cleaner stone work, and slowly but surely I can see improvements!
I had the opportunity to help create this incredible promo for @deathbecomesher , photographed by @franzszony . I cast, seamed, and added straps to the twisted neck to make it wearable and easy to put on/take off, and then it was painted by @dantiri . I also fabricated the torso hole by sawing through a mannequin and adding all the black jewels/stones inside. We went through a few variations of the stones, and in the end, I ended up cutting up chunks of silicone into irregular pieces and lining the hole of the mannequin with them using more silicone to hold them all in place. Seeing it all come together in this beautiful photo is a joy. Thank you @vincentvandykefx for having me as part of the team
