This time last week, I found myself walking through the beautiful streets of Qatar with some of my amazing team members. From exploring the city to sharing meals and laughter, it was more than just a holiday it was a reminder of how much rest and connection matter. Treating and rewarding, 2 of my longest standing employees on this trip, was honestly a dream come through.
