Over the past 6 months, the ADDA team has been hard at work developing a bespoke module for the Shockout Arts (@weareshockout ) BA in Professional and Commercial Dance, blending the richness of African Diaspora traditions with the innovative energy of new-age contemporary dance.
As we launch into this exciting phase, we’re bringing fresh workshops and collaborations with incredible teachers across the UK. This year is all about growth, rediscovery, and pushing the boundaries of what dance can be. We’re empowering dancers to connect with their craft on a deeper level, and we can’t wait to share this journey with you all.

Shockout have been instrumental in the developement of ADDA all the way from our first Curriculum development workshop in 2022.
ADDA West African Dances will be taught on the BTEC Courses as well as Hip Hop Vernacular Dance Degree Course!
