How to improve efficiency? Make a customers moulds the same size as their casting tables, maximising the number of sweets that can be poured in their production space.
Hers is the layout of some sweet shapes before the silicone rubber is poured over the top, but doesn’t the printing resin make them good enough to eat. (defiantly not advised)
The printed forms are sealed and glued down and then we pour the food grade silicone over the top creating bespoke flexible silicone moulds for the sweets to be made in.

The warm glow of printed lighting domes. Creativity with 3D printing. Sculpture and prototyping all in one.
The dome was created so the ridges are printed with a thicker wall than the valleys between them allowing the control of the lighting glow and produce a piece that catches the eye.
This lighting dome designed as part of a limited product range by Rob one of our directors.
Rob’s idea for this project was to use the warm white to create a soft glowing dome lighting diffuser that was then be paired with a salvaged helicopter exhaust to create a bespoke light.
Creating something sculptural yet functional.
Now this prototype form has worked the idea is to now to print one in a ceramic filled resin that can then be fired to create a porcelain like piece.

Support structure snaps.
When Printing with PLA support structures are often needed to ensure the success of a build when printing some shapes. This photo was captured part way through a build for a lamp design. The cool triangular shape in the centres was is a tree support created by the slice program and is a piece of sculpture on its own.

From F1 grade resin to classic car🤩
A personal project for our founders classic MG. Marilyn was printed as a memorial of a family friend of the same name now immortalised in 3D printed resin and then chrome plated for that lovely high shine.

Images showing a figurine of Marilyn Monroe to replace the original MG emblem. She has been printed on our SLA laser machine from a material used for wind tunnel testing with in F1 development. A great and stable ceramic filled resin.
Then she has been treated to a unique metal plating process for printed parts to match the original chrome of the lovely old MG.
